Rotopress

The Rotopress was designed in France and originally built by Laird before it was taken over by German company Faun.

The Rotopress has a continuously rotating drum that is always compacting the refuse inside the body.

The refuse is loaded through the rear hopper into the rotating drum and is then rotated in a corkscrew action until it is small enough to pass through a small hole in the drum to enter the main area of the drum which is them moved by corkscrew action to the front of the body.

Variopress

The Variopress is gets its name because it is so versatile. It is a rear end loader (REL) and is the newest REL built by Faun.
